Tuesday Ratings: Smash Matches Series Low, DWTS Clip Show Solid Posted: 20 Mar 2013 09:11 AM PDT On NBC, Smash ratings matched its series low, down from last week. At least the numbers went up a smidge in the 2nd half hour. Not that it matters now. A recap episode of Dancing with The Stars beat new episodes of  Go On and The New Normal on NBC and The Mindy Project on FOX.  And on an unrelated note--who is watching that diving show, Splash? I had to turn it off after 15 minutes...
